Thank you to your staff for the very quick and gracious last minute (1:45 p.m.) delivery of drinks to the large hr Conference Room today. The meeting chair came up to me all in a panic and said she had just realized that she had forgotten to order any drinks for her 2 p.m. meeting, and the participants were all already here. Your staff’s quick action made her meeting a lot better!

Richard, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff handling two large meetings last week in a very smooth and efficient manner. Both meetings went very well. The Superintendents’ meeting on Friday went exceptionally well, and everyone commented on what a great meeting it was and on the food. Richard, I would like to say a special thanks to Liezl. Apparently, during my vacation, the forms for the NHM meeting last Tuesday did not get distributed to the café. I called Liezl on Monday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. and advised her of the early morning meeting on Tuesday, and requested breakfast and lunch. She was very helpful and did not get flustered and said she would handle it without any problem – and she certainly did handle it very well. I was most grateful and appreciative of her accepting this “last minute” change in such a professional and pleasant manner. Thanks also to your staff – they are really most helpful and nice!

On behalf of the RELAC Board of Directors, I would like to thank you for allowing us to use your Conference Room for our meeting. I have used Mission Bistro since they have been in business here on the Campus for our business meetings. Richard Hanna and Jason Martinez have always accommodated our needs, including the awfully short notice, 1 hour prior to meeting time, for food and/or beverages, last minute changes and/or requests. They have not once disappointed me. I am impressed with their friendly, courteous excellent customer service. They are always open to any suggestions and quick to accommodate dietary preferences of my bosses. I have used other catering businesses that don’t even come close to the quality of Mission Bistro’s services. It is a great pleasure doing business with them and would continue to do so anywhere I go. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more information.

Jason, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your food last night. As you could see by the empty platters, we loved the food, it was amazing. The Santa Fe Salad was spectacular as well as the Wraps. It was the best guacamole that I ever had, it was so chunky and flavorful. I could not stop eating everything. You and your colleagues did a great job, Jason. All went very well, indeed. My only comment would be about the organizing and dressing of the mache salad but I already told you that. My deepest thanks for a job VERY well done. So well done that I'd like to do the very same thing on 5 December, unless you feel strongly otherwise. I have canvassed the group about dietary issues and came up with only one person who could not eat something on the menu---it was chicken, of all things. so I told him we would make him something with fish instead. Everyone else wants the menu as shown. So, go for it!

Jason, I wanted to share with you some feedback about Friday night as well as thank you for your flexibility and hard work. I know it isn’t easy dealing with the numerous last minute changes, and it is SOOOO nice to know it doesn’t phase you!! Leanne Schwartz from LA Spice catering noted how good the food was. The Cohens went back for seconds saying it was some of the best event food yet and even Jane said she thought it was terrific. Go Jason! Thank you again for everything!!
